Please consider this my OFFICIAL CHALLENGE to this Network Television Code Referendum. The reason is because the membership had ONLY 3 (THREE) DAYS TO GET THE BALLOT, VOTE, AND GET IT BACK. A PAPER BALLOT THAT IS. No one can get that ballot if they waited until the last day.. They were forced to vote electronically. The deadline was Jan 6, 2015 to request a paper ballot. The results were announced on January 9, 2015. In comparison, the SAG Awards had a full 16 (SIXTEEN) DAYS TO GET THEIR BALLOT, TO THE MEMBERS IN OH ,SAY, LONDON AND BACK TO SEATTLE… TO THE SAME PO BOX USED IN THE NETWORK CODE VOTING…. WHY IS THIS? The deadline to request a paper ballot was January 7, 2015 and voting closes on January 23, 2015. An amount of time that would allow our members who reside worldwide to actually get a paper ballot, and get it back to Washington state. The same consideration was NOT GIVEN TO OUR MEMBERSHIP RESIDING ABROAD CONCERNING A CONTRACT CONCERNING THEM AND, THEREFORE, MUST BE RULED INVALID. I will await your response.
